How to Pay
Payment is by Credit/Debit Card via the Online Shop.
Within 14 days of course – Payment is required in full.
Over 14 days of booking – A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Your remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before the course commences to avoid losing training date and deposit.
Re-processing declined cards incur a £5 fee.

Transferring a Course Fee
If you have a booked a course on a special offer rate you cannot transfer to a later date once booked.
The following charges will apply if you wish to transfer your booking to a later course date:
If you have booked a course at our standard advertised price then a £50 re-booking fee will apply. The transfer option only relates to clients who are transferring to a different date on the same course. The choice of course date must be specified at the time of transfer (else the instruction will be considered a cancellation). The option to transfer clients can only be used once, after which any movement will be considered a cancellation. All outstanding invoices will remain due, irrespective of the number of working days notice given for the cancellation. To transfer a booking please call us on 020 3371 3513.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel a course:
21+ days before your course start date your deposit will be non refundable
1 – 20 days before a course you will still be charged the full remaining balance.
Cancellations must be received in writing at LASH by Francesca, LASH House, 295 Staines Road, Bedfont, Middx, TW14 9HF, and must contain details including name, address and booking details. Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing along with an invoice for any fees due.
Solely at the discretion of LASH by Francesca and if approved a credit note to the value of the original fee paid less the deposit of £150 will be issued and can be used against any future bookings with LASH by Francesca within the following six month period.
Course Venue and Dates
LASH by Francesca reserves the right to alter course dates and venues without liability. In the event of a cancellation where alternative dates cannot be provided in respect of that course a full refund will be offered. LASH by Francesca will not reimburse travel or accommodation expenses. LASH by Francesca is not able to offer refunds for cancellations outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, flooding or industrial action.
In order to respond rapidly to changes in market demand LASH by Francesca reserves the right to alter its course content and/or trainer.
Unless stated, all training sessions will require a model to be present which is the student’s responsibility to source.

Classic Foundation Course Terms
The training session and the mentoring session will require a model to be present which is the student’s responsibility to source and will need to be booked within three months of original course date. Bookings outside this timescale are subject to a £50 booking fee.
The ongoing mentoring sessions are at the complete discretion of the LASH Academy. These sessions will require a model that is the student’s responsibility to source and are subject to a £100 fee if the student fails to attend without giving at least 48 hours notice.
The assessment session is to be booked within six months of the original course date. Bookings outside this time-scale are subject to a £50 booking fee. This session is subject to a £100 fee if the student fails to attend without giving at least 48 hours notice.
